Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs your use of the Orvixa IPTV service. By subscribing to and using our platform, you agree to comply strictly with the rules outlined below. Failure to do so may result in immediate account suspension or termination without a refund.

1. Account Sharing and Connections

Unless explicitly stated in your purchased plan, your subscription provides access for one (1) simultaneous connection. You may install our service on multiple devices (e.g., your Smart TV, Fire Stick, and mobile phone), but you cannot watch on more than one device at the exact same time. Sharing your login credentials with friends, family, or the public is strictly prohibited.

2. Restreaming and Commercial Use

Our service is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Restreaming, broadcasting, or transmitting our content to public platforms or other servers.
• Reselling or attempting to monetize your account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or network scraping tools to extract streams, M3U playlists, or EPG data.

3. Network Security

You may not use our service to compromise the security of our servers or the network. Any attempt to reverse engineer our applications, bypass our Anti-Freeze infrastructure, or launch Denial of Service (DoS) attacks will result in an immediate and permanent ban, as well as reporting to relevant ISPs.

4. Enforcement

We employ automated monitoring systems to detect unauthorized multiple IP connections, restreaming patterns, and abuse. Accounts flagged by our system are subject to automatic suspension.
