DMCA Copyright Policy
Orvixa respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted the following policy towards copyright infringement.
1. Nature of Our Service
Orvixa does not host, store, or broadcast any media files, video streams, or copyrighted material on our own servers. We strictly act as a search index and conduit, providing access to media content that is readily available on the internet. We do not have control over the media content shown.
2. Submitting a Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that any content accessed through our service infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., specific URLs or channel names).
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for a response. Note that emailing your complaint to other parties such as our Internet Service Provider will not expedite your request and may result in a delayed response due to the complaint not being filed properly.
